We try to keep payments simple, predictable, and easy to verify.
Depending on the service and customer relationship, we may support several payment methods.
The payment methods and terms applicable to a particular transaction will be shown on the invoice, checkout page, proposal, or service agreement.
1. Payment Methods
Depending on the service, we currently accept:
SEPA Bank Transfer
SEPA bank transfer is our preferred payment method for customers within the European Union and other countries participating in the SEPA payment area.
The bank details required for payment are provided on the official invoice.
International Bank Transfer
Customers outside the SEPA area may be able to pay by international bank transfer, including SWIFT transfers.
Any applicable intermediary or receiving-bank charges should be considered when making an international payment.
Card Payment
Where available, card payments may be offered through a secure payment link or checkout provided for the relevant service.
Card payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider.
The payment provider's own terms and privacy policy may also apply.
2. Always Use the Payment Details on the Official Invoice
Our official invoices contain the payment information applicable to your transaction.
Do not rely on bank details received through an unexpected email or message.
If someone asks you to pay to a different bank account than the one shown on your official invoice, stop and verify the request before making the payment.
This is particularly important if you receive a message claiming that our bank details have changed.
If you're unsure, contact us through a known and trusted billing channel and provide the invoice number.
When money is involved, a 30-second verification is worth it.
3. Payment Terms
Our standard payment term is:
10 days from the invoice date
unless the invoice, proposal, subscription terms, or another written agreement specifies different terms.
Some services may require:
Payment before the service begins
Immediate payment at checkout
A deposit
Milestone payments
Recurring payments
Different payment terms agreed with the customer
Where specific terms have been agreed, those terms take precedence over the general standard payment term.
4. Currency
Our default billing currency is:
EUR — Euro
Other currencies may be available by prior arrangement or through a particular payment or checkout system.
The currency applicable to your transaction will be shown on the relevant invoice, checkout page, or agreement.
If your bank or payment provider converts the payment into another currency, the exchange rate and any currency-conversion charges may be determined by that provider.
5. Bank Transfer Charges
When paying by bank transfer, the payment should arrive for the full invoiced amount.
For international transfers, intermediary banks or payment providers may deduct transaction charges.
Unless your agreement states otherwise, the sender is responsible for payment-related bank or transfer charges.
If an invoice is issued for €250, for example, the intention is that €250 reaches us, rather than €250 being sent with a portion later deducted by an intermediary bank.
6. Payment References
When paying by bank transfer, please use the payment reference shown on your invoice.
The reference helps us match the payment to the correct invoice.
If you accidentally use an incorrect reference, don't panic.
Contact us and provide:
Invoice number
Payment date
Amount
Sender name
Any available transaction reference
We'll do our best to match the payment correctly.
7. Payment Confirmation
Once a payment has successfully cleared and has been matched to the relevant invoice, payment status may be updated and confirmation may be provided electronically.
Payment processing times can vary depending on:
Payment method
Banks
Weekends and public holidays
International transfers
Payment providers
Currency conversion
Banking-system processing
If you've made a payment but have not received confirmation after a reasonable processing period, contact us with your invoice or payment reference.
8. Card Payments
Where card payments are available, the transaction may be processed through a third-party payment provider.
The payment provider may perform additional checks for:
Payment authentication
Fraud prevention
Transaction verification
Regulatory requirements
We do not control the exact approval process used by the payment provider or your card issuer.
If a card payment is declined, you may need to contact your card issuer or use another available payment method.
9. Recurring Payments
Some subscriptions or recurring services may use automatic payment processing.
Where automatic renewal applies, the applicable service should clearly communicate:
The recurring price
Billing frequency
Renewal conditions
Cancellation procedure
Recurring payment terms are also subject to the applicable subscription or service agreement.
For more information, see:
Subscription & Billing Cycles
10. Payment Before Service
Some services may require payment before access or work begins.
This can apply to:
Consultations
Digital services
Subscription services
Custom projects
Specific digital products
Other services where advance payment is specified
If payment is required before service activation, this should be communicated before you commit to the purchase.
11. Deposits & Milestone Payments
Custom projects may require a deposit or staged payments.
For example:
Project agreement → Initial payment → Work begins → Milestone payment → Delivery
The exact payment schedule depends on the applicable proposal or agreement.
A deposit may represent payment for work, resources, infrastructure, or other commitments made specifically for the project.
Cancellation and refund arrangements for custom work are governed by the applicable agreement and our Refund & Cancellations Policy, subject to mandatory applicable law.
12. Overpayments
If you accidentally pay more than the amount due, please contact us.
Depending on the circumstances, we may:
Apply the excess amount to another outstanding invoice
Keep it as an account credit where agreed
Refund the excess amount
Take another appropriate accounting action
The appropriate treatment can depend on accounting, tax, payment-provider, and contractual considerations.
13. Underpayments
If a payment arrives for less than the invoiced amount, we may contact you to clarify the difference.
This can happen because of:
Bank charges
Currency conversion
Incorrect payment amount
Intermediary fees
Other transaction costs
Unless otherwise agreed, the invoice remains outstanding until the full amount due has been received.
14. Failed or Reversed Payments
A payment may occasionally fail, be reversed, or be rejected by a bank or payment provider.
If this happens, the relevant invoice or subscription may remain unpaid.
We may contact you to request another payment method or provide instructions for completing the payment.
If you believe a payment was incorrectly rejected or reversed, please contact your payment provider first where appropriate.
15. Security & Payment Fraud
We take payment security seriously.
We will not ask you to provide your:
Full card number by ordinary email
Card security code by ordinary email
Password
Banking password
Authentication code
Private key
Other sensitive credentials
If you receive a suspicious payment request claiming to come from us, do not make the payment until you have independently verified it.
If something feels wrong:
Stop. Check. Then pay.
16. Business Customers
Business customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
This may include:
Legal company name
Registered address
VAT identification number
Billing email
Purchase-order information where applicable
Other information required by the agreement
If you require a purchase order or other internal reference on an invoice, please provide those requirements before invoicing where possible.
17. Taxes & VAT
Payment terms do not determine VAT treatment by themselves.
VAT and other applicable taxes depend on factors including:
Customer status
Customer location
VAT registration
Type of service
Place of supply
Applicable tax rules
For more information, see:
VAT & EU Invoicing
The applicable tax treatment will be reflected on the relevant invoice where required.
18. Disputes About Payments
If you believe that:
You were charged incorrectly
You paid an invoice already
A payment was duplicated
A payment was applied incorrectly
The amount on an invoice is incorrect
please contact us as soon as possible.
Include the relevant invoice or transaction reference so we can investigate efficiently.
We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback where practical.
This gives us an opportunity to correct genuine billing errors quickly.
19. Changes to Payment Terms
Payment methods and terms may change over time.
For example, a payment provider may change its supported methods, a bank may change its requirements, or a new payment option may become available.
The payment methods and terms applicable to your transaction are those communicated at the time of purchase or stated in your applicable agreement.
Where an existing contractual relationship is affected, the relevant agreement governs how changes are handled.
